Journal #5

I am really excited about today! Today at 4 pm a I am leaving to go to Charlotte with my youth group. We are going to a youth conference called Planet Wisdom. It is like the coolest thing ever! This conference goes like all over the country. The guy that started it is Mark Matlock. He is the guy that preaches every night. There are also these two guys called the skit guys. They are probably the funniest people I have ever met. They do skits about like teenagers dealing with religion and stuff and they are so funny. They have all kinds of DVDs and all kinds of stuff on the internet. We should so totally watch one. They also do random hilarious skits that don't have anything to do with God. They are just funny. So, we leave today at 4 o'clock an we will get there about 5:30 and the first session starts at 7. Also, at the beginning of each session they band plays. Its usually some like christian rock band and they are really good. Like I remember the very first Planet Wisdom I went to, The Swift was there. And now they are like really famous. So, I can't wait to see who's gonna be playing.
OK, like both my best friends, Paige and Caitlin, go to my church. So I was like super pumped about Planet Wisdom cause I knew that both of them would be going. But now I am like super bummed cause niether one of them can go. Caitlin is a cheerleader, so she is at the game tonight and Paige is having some issues at home so she can't go. So I didn't think that I would have anybody to hang out with but then my boyfriend said he would come. So I was like super pumped again. But he just told me in the hall that he doesn't really want to go. So now I'm totally bummed again. I don't know what I'm going to do or who i'm gonna hangout with.
